Hello! I'm Jillian, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a focus on promoting well-being for adolescents, adults,  couples, and families. I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to support your journey to better mental health.

Beginning with a strong academic foundation, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. My mission is to help individuals like you navigate life's challenges, understand your emotions, enhance communication, and achieve better control over your behavior. In addition to my experience in individual counseling and group therapy, I also work with families to help them navigate transitions, improve communication, and facilitate greater cohesion.

My areas of expertise encompass a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, and domestic violence. I'm committed to tailoring my approach to your unique needs and preferences, fostering genuine growth and healing. We'll work together to explore your emotions, gain valuable insights, and develop effective strategies for addressing your concerns.
