“My hope is that you leave sessions feeling grounded, aligned with your values, and empowered to create a life that feels true to you.”
serving teens and adults
My name is Brynna, and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Titusville, Florida, serving individuals ages 13 and up. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas State University (eat 'em up, Cats!) and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Houston Clear Lake.
My areas of focus include co-occurring disorders, substance use, mood challenges such as bipolar disorder and depression, anxiety, OCD, relational dynamics, life transitions, and processing the impacts of past experiences that still feel heavy. At the heart of my work is a passion for helping people move from a place of shame toward self-compassion and acceptance. If shame has been getting in the way of the life you want, therapy can provide a space to explore that with curiosity and care. Shame thrives in silence, but sharing our stories is often the first step toward change.
My goal is to make therapy approachable and authentic so you feel supported throughout the process. In our sessions, we’ll work together to identify goals that are meaningful and aligned with your values. I use evidence based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I always tailor the work to your unique experiences and aim to make the process conversational.
Whether you're processing the past, adjusting to new circumstances, or facing ongoing challenges, I’m here to explore what matters most to you with curiosity, compassion, and respect. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling grounded, aligned with your values, and empowered to create a life that feels true to you.
